The fact that Katie Holmes has started reaching out to old friends like herDawson’s Creek costar Joshua Jackson makes a lot of sense. Most of her friends lost touch with her when she married Tom Cruise. Tom has a very small circle of friends -mostly Scientologists – who socialized with the Cruises. A source who was intermittently working at Tom and Katie’s Beverly Hills home (and other celebrity homes also) told me the Cruise house was different. He said that Tom and Katie almost never had guests or entertained. He never encountered the Cruises preparing for a party or barbecuing outside or enjoying the company of friends.
