Jessica Simpson doesn’t seem to think so. She has a multi-million dollar deal with Weight Watchers and she can afford all the personal trainers and special chefs that might help, but she’s still struggling at 178 pounds after giving birth to her second child. She follows the Weight Watchers plan, but every once in awhile allows herself to nibble a fried chicken wing – but once she starts, she can’t stop until she’s eaten 10 or 12. And it’s been whispered that she occasionally breaks down and secretly sends her assistant out for cupcakes or sweets. Maybe Weight Watchers should hire a “minder” to follow her around like actors sometimes have when they leave rehab.
