We’re hearing that L’Wren Scott probably had more to fear than simply the embarrassment of shutting down her clothing business declaring bankruptcy. Fashion insiders say that a bankruptcy would invite close inspection of books and examination of financial records. EXACTLY where all the money went. Everything would be made public.
