With the release of the controversial film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil nearing every passing day seems to be a struggle for the film. Only yesterday, we had reported about Karan Johar’s video, wherein he had stated that he will refrain from working with any Pakistani artist anymore. He also added that, for him, India always came first.

Today, Ameya Khopkar (President- Maharashtra Navnirman Chitrapat Kamgar Sena) dismissed Karan Johar’s decision. Ameya Khopkar issued the following note to the media, wherein he stated:

“Karan woke up very late! This isn’t the time to say sorry! He had a change of heart, we didn’t! We are firm on our demand. No multiplexes will show Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and if they do then we will be forced to break their screens. This issue is not just because of the Uri incident, it is going on since many years. We are sorry but people will not be able to see Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. A warning to all producers and filmmakers have been issued to ensure that they don’t work with any Pakistani artistes any more. Agar koi bhi producer ya production house ne pakistani artiste ko kaam diya toh unko pitenge!”
