After wrapping up The Ring, Shah Rukh Khan is back in Mumbai to start the promotional tour for his next film Dear Zindagi. But, before that, Shah Rukh Khan surprised some special ladies on Wednesday.
Shah Rukh Khan surprised a few ladies who are acid attack survivors. The Makelove Notscars foundation along with SRK surprised the ladies who are die-hard fans of SRK. The ladies were speechless when SRK walked in the room. He shared a photo and thanked them for meeting him. He captioned it, “With my beautiful friends Reshma, Mamta, Sapna & Basanti. Thanks for coming over @makeluvnotscars.” He also promised to visit them again and spend more time with them.
The foundation’s Facebook page recapped how Shah Rukh Khan came on board with the plan to surprise the ladies and thanked him with a special post. “Yesterday after a long day of filming we told the girls we had a surprise planned for them. Although they were exhausted, we told them we would be taking them on a “studio tour” and none of them looked impressed. We took them to a famous Studio and told them this was the studio where the “amul” butter ad was shot as well as the mother dairy one. They were ready to walk out of the studio and looked seemingly upset while Shah Rukh Khan was doing a live Facebook chat in the other room. To distract them, we opened the live chat and the girls were mesmerised by the charisma of King Khan. As soon as the chat was over, in walks the King himself and it’s safe to say that the girls absolutely couldn’t believe their eyes and have not been able to sleep since! Shah Rukh was so amazing with the girls, he spoke to them for a good 20 mins even though he had places to be! What a humble and down to earth superstar, may we all be like him! A big shout out to him and his team for the priceless reactions bellow. Love and light, the survivors and the team at Make Love Not Scars ❤”
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will be next seen in Gauri Shinde’s Dear Zindagi which is scheduled to release on November 25, 2016.
