Jism 2 Director Pooja BhattBhatts are known for giving newcomers a chance in their films. They have introduced many new and talented singers from across the border, who have gone on to become musical sensations in India. They have introduced Pakistani singers like Amir Jamal (Murder), Rahat Fahat Ali Khan (Paap), Atif Aslam (Zeher), Mustafa Zahid (Awarapan), Bangladeshi singer James (Gangster) amongst others.

With Jism 2, Pooja has plans to introduce yet another singer from a foreign nation to sing for the film. Pooja has selected singer Mariyam Unoosha, who hails from Maldives to croon two tracks in Jism 2. Unoosha was in India recently at the South Asian Film Festival, which was held in Goa. Pooja heard Unoosha sing at the festival and felt that there was something unique in her voice. Pooja then met the singer and offered her to sing for her upcoming film and Unoosha readily agreed. 

Unoosha’s performance at the festival was her first ever in India and Pooja couldn’t believe that as she sang so well. Unoosha who hasn’t sung in Hindi before, will be singing in Hindi for Jism 2

Pooja is also planning to rope in her lucky mascot Shreya Ghoshal, who created magic by singing the melodious track ‘Jaadu hai nasha hai‘ for Jism, for the soundtrack of Jism 2. The soundtrack for Jism 2 will have six songs, apart from the title track.
