Veteran actor Anupam Kher is all set to star in David Dhawan’s upcoming directorial venture Judwaa 2 starring his son and actor Varun Dhawan in the lead.
Varun Dhawan broke the news by sharing a picture of him donning one of his looks from the film. He captioned it as, “@AnupamPkher is the only member of the original cast of ‘Judwaa’ to be part of ‘Judwaa2’. He’s a lot fitter and better looking now.”
It is unknown what role Anupam Kher will be playing but it sure exciting to see him back. He had played the role of Inspector Havaldar Vidyarthi in the original movie. This is the second time Varun Dhawan and Anupam Kher are starring in a film together. The last one was Main Tera Hero which was Varun’s second film and helmed by David Dhawan.
Directed by David Dhawan, Judwaa 2 stars Varun Dhawan in double role as Prem and Raja. Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu are the leading ladies. It is a sequel to the 1997 Salman Khan starred Judwaa which also starred Karisma Kapoor, Rambha, Bindu, Kader Khan and Shakti Kapoor as Rangeela. Judwaa 2 is scheduled to release on September 29, 2017.
