Watch Alia Bhatt's handstand workout will give you major fitness goals

Movie stars try to keep in shape and stay healthy by trying different physical workout routines. Some opt for Pilates, aerial yoga, some perform yoga and some work it out at the gym.

Alia Bhatt happens to be a fitness enthusiast. Recently, Alia shared a video of hers doing a handstand. The actress has been trying slowly to do all levels of the handstand and plans to reach the level when she does not have to take the support. She tries to inspire people to take their body and health seriously. She captioned the video as, “Mission handstand- Level 2! They say practice makes a man perfect.. I say PROGRESS makes a man HAPPY ! Here’s to not being perfect.. but TRYING to be better 🙂 @rakeshyadav13.”

On the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Badrinath Ki Dulhania opposite Varun Dhawan. Her upcoming projects include Ayan Mukherji’s Dragon starring Ranbir Kapoor and Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy where she will share screen space with Ranveer Singh.
