Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar’s highly awaited trailer Toilet- Ek Prem Katha trailer was unveiled on June 11, Sunday. It seems to have impressed everyone as the trailer reflects the importance of having a toilet in a house. It is also in sync with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pet project, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
On Monday evening, Prime Minister Narendra Modi watched the trailer of Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film and praised his efforts for the cause. “Good effort to further the message of cleanliness. 125 crore Indians have to continue working together to create a Swachh Bharat,” PM Modi replied to Akshay Kumar.

Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, Toilet- Ek Prem Katha also stars Bhumi Pednekar, Anupam Kher and Divyendu Sharma in prominent roles. It is slated for release on August 11, 2017.
