Manisha Koirala may not frequent Bollywood films like the 90s era but determined to survive, she has started her new innings in the industry post her battle with cancer. The actress, at the same time has turned extremely spiritual, and recently even visited the religious place of Haridwar.
The Uttarakhand picturesque location situated on the banks of the auspicious Ganges has seen many celebrities spending time and this time around it was Manisha Koirala who wanted to attain peace and relax. Timing it with Guru Purnima, the actress revealed that she visited Haridwar to meet her guru, the famous ‘Pilot Baba’.
Maintaining that her inclination towards spirituality has only increased in the past few years, Manisha Koirala decided to spend her time doing yoga and meditation during her visit. She also shared several pictures of her Haridwar trip on social media calling it as ‘#ashramlife’.
The actress also visited the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya which is a university that brings together the global and cultural diversities with an aim of spreading knowledge and is also a popular research center. In fact, talking about her visit to DSVV, Manisha posted this picture on Instagram, saying, “Visiting #gayatripariwar in #haridwar @dsvvharidwar.”
As for her films, Manisha Koirala was last seen in the June release Dear Maya. The actress will also be seen in Sanjay Dutt biopic, which is directed by Rajkumar Hirani, as she plays the role of Sanjay’s mother, Nargis who was also a popular yesteryear actress.
