The actress flaunted her baby bump and made some amazing style statements. Now, in the past year, the actress has worked really hard on her body since her baby boy Taimur Ali Khan’s birth.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is definitely a pilates girl. She never misses a day to workout at the gym. As her post-pregnancy body looks fantastic, the actress makes sure to stay healthy and fit. She has been taking one day at a time to reach her perfect body goal and is working hard for it.

Celebrity fitness expert and pilates girl, Namrata Purohit, has been Kareena’s trainer for the longest time. As she continues to sweat it out in the gym, Namrata shared a photograph of Kareena from her pilates session. She wrote, ““The most effective way to do it, is to do it”- Amelia Earhart! #KareenaKapoor you go girl @thepilatesstudiomumbai.”

On the professional front, Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen in Veere Di Wedding alongside Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania. Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, the film is slated to release on June 1, 2018.
