Ravi Kishan donates money to film technicians family

 

Just recently after an accident took place on the sets of Son Of Sardar, another unfortunate incident occured, this time on the sets of a Ravi Kissen starrer.

On the sets of the Ravi Kissen starrer Jeena Hai Toh Thok Daal at Madh Island, a technician named Tarun Payra died after losing his balance off a 20-feet high platform and fell on his head to the ground. He immediately was rushed to the Bhagwati Hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival. Payra, who hailed from Kolkata, was also a member of the Shiv Sena’s cine wing ‘Chitrapat Sena Shakha’. Sangram Shirke, Shakha’s President said that they, after having completed all police formalities, have arranged to send Payra’s body to Kolkata.

Meanwhile, while Ravi Kissen has agreed to provide a sum of Rs 1 lakh to the (late) Tarun’s family, the producers of the film have contributed Rs. 2.5 lakh as compensation towards the same.
