Fashion makes a foray and often fades into oblivion but style remains eternal and it’s this signature style of the tinsel town celebrities that we love the most. For tinsel town celebrities, fashion dictates their world as they go on to dole out sartorially sound sensibilities to mere mortals like us. While some have their game plan impeccably lined up at all times, others err and find a place in the worst dressed celebrities list. This worst dressed celebrities this week included Anushka Sharma who ruined an international runway look with her too-safe style choice, Kriti Kharbanda opted for a style vibe that failed to suit her petite frame, Huma Qureshi pull down her breezy look with inappropriate footwear, Sussanne Khan give us those snooze vibes with her utterly unflattering ensemble while Tanishaa Mukerji opted for a style that failed to flatter her newly-acquired toned frame.
Whether it’s an inability to grasp the vibe of an event or an unfaltering choice of outfit and other accessories these celebs are the interpretations of their stylists. So, it would be quite safe to say that these stylists err in their judgments and not the celebs rightfully so! Delve in more to see the fashion faux pas moments of the week.
Weekly Worst Dressed – Tanishaa MukerjiAnushka Sharma
Anushka was snapped arriving back in Mumbai wearing a quirky sheer Gigi Hadid x Tommy Hilfiger flowy longline maxi dress from the Spring 2018 maxi with a long white tank tee underneath – a look straight from the runway and teamed with pink Puma trainers. A backpack, pink lips and sleek open hair topped off her look. The translation of runway looks into celebrity closets are sought after and can easily be a hit or a miss! Our grouse with Anushka’s interpretation are two things – the choice of a long tank tee as a liner and trainers. We wish Anushka had opted for a cropped top, denim shorts beneath the dress or kept a bohemian vibe going with a pair of open-toed sandals, just like the runway model.

For the Myntra Sneaker Club event in Bengaluru, Kriti who was styled by Neharika Juneja and Sagarikaa Pillai opted for a Nandita Mahtani sequined jersey dress with a fringed hemline and Fila sneakers. Textures waves, subtle makeup topped off her look. In a bid to add a party-meets-sporty vibe, Kriti’s stylists seem to have gone overboard. Since it was an event for sneakers, the fringed hem is unflattering to the hilt!
Weekly Worst Dressed – Sussanne Khan
For an event in the city, Sussanne opted for a star printed black maxi dress with a white cami underneath and open-toed metallic sandals. Pink lips and open hair topped off her look. Giving those snooze vibes with her utterly unflattering ensemble, Sussanne needs a stylist ASAP!

Huma Qureshi
Out and about the city, Huma was snapped wearing an oversized black dress with green-black slanted stripes with a chain sling bag and two strapped platform heels. A no-makeup look with open hair topped off her look. While we are all for the relaxed silhouette of the dress for the summers, the unappealing choice of footwear fails to evoke a wow!

Weekly Worst Dressed – Tanishaa Mukerji
Tanishaa attended the attended the Walk Of Mijwan annual charity fashion show flaunting her newly-acquired toned frame wearing a cold-shoulder cut floral motif and tulle overlay blouse and lehenga skirt. Statement earrings and centre-parted half-updo with minimal makeup topped off her look. An unflattering choice, the look found a place in the tacky territory, courtesy the jarring blouse and lacklustre makeup.
