Kareena Kapoor Khan has been the poster girl of size zero but she has also broken many stereotypes over the years. In the past year, the actress has worked really hard on her body since her baby boy Taimur Ali Khan’s birth. The actress is often snapped by the paparazzi while leaving or heading to the gym. But, one can say that Kareena Kapoor Khan is definitely a pilates girl. She never misses a day to workout at the gym.

As her post-pregnancy body looks fantastic, Kareena Kapoor Khan makes sure to follow a strict workout regime to stay fit and look fresh. Celebrity fitness expert and pilates girl, Namrata Purohit, has been Kareena’s trainer for the longest time. Namrata recently shared a video of Kareena from her pilates session. She was doing the airplane on the reformer. She captioned the video, “Kareena doing the airplane on the Reformer! This one requires a lot of control, concentration and core strength… it’s a tricky one to master!”

On the professional front, Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen in Veere Di Wedding alongside Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania. The trailer released a week ago. Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, the film is slated to release on June 1, 2018.
