Sonam Kapoor is a bride of the year and she is making no bones hiding this fact. The Veere Di Wedding actress is all set and ready to get hitched to her man of her dreams Anand Ahuja. The wedding will take place at Rockdale bungalow in Bandra which is owned by her aunt Kavita Singh. While she has already left Anil Kapoor’s residence, the Kapoors made sure that the bride was escorted secretly and hid her in a curtain so as to not let her look out! The bride and her family have maintained that the ceremony is strictly private, intimate family matter and therefore they are maintaining this discretion.

Moreover, the fashionista’s look is highly anticipated and many fans are waiting with bated breathe to see her look. Well, as revealed by her she chose three A’s for her wedding. Designers Anuradha Vakil, Abu JaanI Sandeep Khosla and her favourite Anamika Khanna. While she has already worn Abu Jaani – Sandeep Khosla for her lavish Mehendi/Sangeet party yesterday, she will choose Anamika Khanna today in all probability. For jewellery, she is going to be adorned in heritage pieces making her look like a traditional Sikh bride. The Anand Karaj ceremony will begin at 11.00 am sharp and will go on till 12.30 pm. There will be a reception followed by this at the Leela Hotel in Mumbai tonight. We are all geared up to see Sonam get finally hitched to her long time boyfriend Anand Ahuja very soon.

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja have been dating since last four years and are getting married after a solid courtship. Official statement from the family with regard to the wedding read: “The Kapoor and Ahuja families, take great joy and pride, in announcing the marriage of Sonam and Anand. The wedding will take place on the 8th of May in Mumbai. Since it is an intimate affair, we request you to respect the family’s need for privacy.
