Can’t Keep CALM as the prestigious Cannes International Film Festival 2018 is here! The doe-eyed diva of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone is in the French Riviera soaking up the sun, goodness and basking in the limelight of being the newest face of the cosmetic giant, L’Oreal. Following a phenomenal stint in Cannes 2017 International Film Festival, the 32-year-old Padmaavat actress reached Cannes on, before her touted-to-be-spectacular appearances on May 10 and May 11. Just a few weeks ago, Deepika made us prouder than ever by clinching a coveted spot in the TIME magazine’s 100 Most Influential People list. She was an epitome of grace, poise and fabulousness all bundled into one sleek look as she picked out an Anamika Khanna pseudo-saree creation for TIME’s 100 Most Influential People Gala 2018. While the fashion pundits and lovers alike expectantly wait for Deepika’s red carpet appearance tonight, the diva has been keeping us hooked to her #SummerScape shenanigans. It is Deepika’s first morning at Cannes Film Festival 2018. Her go-to fashion stylist is Shaleena Nathani. Looking nothing less than casual but stunning AF, Deepika went down the good old denim way, vintage glasses -flaunting that hourglass figure to the hilt!

Deepika rose to global prominence with her Hollywood debut, xXx: Return of Xander Cage in 2017 as Serena Unger. Deepika followed it up with those snazzy appearances at the pre and post-Oscars 2017 soirees, gracing the front row of the New York Fashion Week 2017, ringing in an angelic vibe at the Met Gala 2017. This year alone saw her make those stunning style statements at the Met Gala 2018 and TIme 100 Gala 2018. Chilling and looking forth to indulge in some fun on the red carpet all whilst looking her usual stunning self, Deepika was snapped at Cannes and here’s how she looked.

Deepika arrived looking chic in an oversized Maison Margiela blue and plaid shirtdress cinched at the waist with a black belt. Black boots, her trusty Celine handbag and oversized shades were worthy additions. She topped off the look with soft wavy hair left open and minimal makeup.

The first day of her fabulous Cannes 2018 diaries was a chic affair as she donned a knotted white tee with high waist faded cropped denim. Brown stilettos, vintage oversized glasses and luscious waves, courtesy hair stylist Gabriel Georgiou dominated the look. She topped off the look with large hoops and summery nude makeup, courtesy makeup artist Sandhya Shekar.

We love how the diva ringed in that retro vibe with the oversized glasses and hoops! The form-flattering denim coupled with the knotted tee would appeal to any girl! Also, we loved the new hairdo that fits the look to the T. Kudos, Shaleena Nathani for keeping it simple but significant!

On the professional front, Deepika was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus, Padmaavat as Rani Padmavati. The controversy-riddled movie went on to clinch an entry into the massive Rs. 300 crore club.
