Bhumi garnered accolades, not just for her performance but also for her marvellous and awe-worthy journey from flab to fab. She lost 21 kilos in just four months by making some adaptable changes to her lifestyle, sharing her diet details with all her fans and being an inspiration to many. Last year witnessed the glorious rise of this YRF girl with two unconventional roles in Toilet – Ek Prem Katha and Shubh Mangal Savdhan. This year too, she had us applauding for her role of a maid that had no dialogues and had Bhumi emoting through her eyes and expressions in Netflix’s Lust Stories. Bhumi Pednekar refuses to get into the regular off-the mill grind of glamorous roles and keeps the audiences engaged with her exuberant on-screen vibe. Off-screen though, she is a poster girl for all the curvaceous girls out there as she rarely skips the style beat. She has carefully developed a knack to go for drapes, silhouettes, fabrics, and cuts that flatter her petite frame.
For the screening of Lust Stories in the city, Bhumi who was styled by Sukriti Grover of Style Cell wore striped separates by Curated Closet. A sling bag and bright yellow pumps by Vincenzio Robertina teamed well with nude makeup, large hoops and wavy hair.
For the launch of Lust Stories, Bhumi chose a pretty black embroidered dress by Sahil Kochhar. She topped off the look with jewelry from Azotiique, Intoto sandals, wavy hair and nude makeup.
The actress hosted the Zee Cine Awards 2018 wearing a strapless Drenusha Xharra black gown with a diamond necklace from Dwarkadas Chandumal Jewellers. Sleek hair and nude makeup rounded out her look.
For the Lux Golden Rose Awards 2017, Bhumi wore a stunning burgundy Sachin and Babi gown with jewellery from Aurelle and Outhouse. Spelling drama, she rounded out the look with nude makeup and sleek hair.
Bhumi appeared with her BFF Ayushmann Khurrana on Vogue BFF’s wearing a pencil fit pink dress by Tanieya Khanuja. She rounded out the look with jewelry from Misho, Jimmy Choo pumps, nude makeup and textured hair.
For the promotions of Toilet- Ek Prem Katha, Bhumi chose a Payal Khandwala ensemble featuring a silk full-sleeved shirt with lime yellow wide-leg pants. Statement earrings, a ring from Amrapali Jewels, subtle makeup and sleek hair rounded out her look.
For an exhibition in the city, Bhumi who was styled by Mohit Rai chose a strapless pink Forever New dress with studded Dune pumps and Outhouse rings. Wavy hair, nude makeup and nude pumps rounded out her look.
