Veena Malik says now she wants to be a singer

Mumbai: Pakistani actress turned Bollywood babe, Veena Malik, who loves controversies since they pay her what she wants, has now shown her desire to be a singer ultimately. Veena’s debut Bollywood film ‘Daal mein Kuch Kaala Hai’ has released on Friday, 29^th June and to attend a press conference, Malik was in the city. Talking to media, Veena says that now she is ready for a fresh start i.e. singing.

As there are reports about her film ‘Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai’ being the low budget movie, Veena Malik clears the dust by saying that the flick is not a low budget venture at all as it carries so many stars like Jackie Shroff and Shakti Kapoor. There are two item songs in the movie – Madam Malai and Mumbai Money Hai, which have been in news. Veena says that Madam Mali is not an item song at all since it is a character’s name in the movie thus she will not name it an item song. Adding her comments she says that even none of the numbers are item songs in the film.

Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai has been directed by Anand Balraj and the film could not ignite any sparks at the box office so far even it got very bad reviews from the critics. Veena’s acting skills too were not liked by the majority of the critics.

Veena, displaying her future assignments, says that now she wants to try her hand at singing as her ultimate goal is not acting but singing. Guess, Veena has read the reviews about her acting in the film, which is why she said so? What you guys say about it?

Veena Malik’s upcoming film is ‘Mumbai 125 Kms’ and with the director of this film, she has reportedly been dating and both are being spotted together at various places.
