Hyderabad: Himmatwala is director Sajid Khan’s product – a remake of the Jateendra and Sri Devi starrer 80s flick carrying the same title. Sajid, as usual, is super excited about his films and he has already said with conviction and surety about his film’s being a super hit or blockbuster. The confident man says that he does not make flop films rather makes superhits.

The buzz for the film is already very high in the air as the hype is being created very well. The film is being promoted from the outset and this formula surely works big time since the audiences are already aware of your product when the time of its launch knocks. The film is being produced by the colossal house UTV Motion Pictures and Vashu Bhagnani’s Puja Films. Sajid Khan did the wonder and unique thing with the flick and it happened for the first time in Indian film industry’s history that the film’s first shot was shot live on YouTube.

Sajid streamed the Mahurat shot of the film on YouTube yesterday afternoon from the iconic Ramoji Studios situated in Hyderabad. This happened for the very first time in India that the viewers got involved with the film right from the film’s first shot through a love digital telecast.

The shot featured Ajay Devgn, the film’s hero, chipping in the famous dialogue ‘Na Main Dilliwala, Na Mein CBI wala, Ek Behen Ka Bhai Hu, Ek Maa Ka Beta – Himmatwala’. In this scene, Zareena Wahab and Leena Jumani too were seen who are playing Devgn’s mother and sister respectively in the movie. Mahesh Manjrekar was also seen in the shot.

Sajid Khan wanted perfection in the shot since he did not want to take retakes or edits in the scene since he wanted the scene go as it is. The scene took place with perfection. In the telecast, Sajid was also seen introducing the crew members to the audiences.
