USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Different people have varying opinions on the boldness factor increasing in recent Bollywood films. The Censor however seems to be against the showing of bold content on the big screen.

Recently, CBFC (Censor Board of Film Certification) had passed an order that, rather than blurring offensive images, the said scenes will have to be edited out completely. In addition to that, the order also stated that the beeping of cuss words will also be done away with wherein the scene will go mute in the portion where an expletive is used.

Speaking about this, Rakesh Kumar (CEO- CBFC) said that if there are abuses in a film, a 'U' certificate will only be given if the objectionable part is muted.

Meanwhile, the CBFC is now also ensuring that violence against women and children committing crimes does not get highlighted in the movies. Additionally, each and every member of the CBFC will reportedly sit for screenings in rotation. News reports also have it that, unlike before, now all the 150 members will get their chance to vote for a particular film.
