Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…It often happens that many singers from Sonu Nigam to the recent Mika Singh try their luck at acting once they have established themselves in Bollywood as singers. However, Ayushmann Khurrana who made his debut as a singer and an actor with the same film (Vicky Donor), not only bagged accolades for acting but also singing. The actor who is currently shooting for films does not want to lose out on his music roots and has decided to form a band with his friends.
Ayushmann Khurrana has sung Bollywood songs for his films including 'Paani Da Rang' and 'Sadi Galli' (Nautanki Saala). However, this time around, the actor is seriously thinking of yet another step in the world of music but maintained that it will take him some time to form the music band. Ayushmann has always been very open about his love for music and has been a performer since college days. The dream band of the actor will have five members but the names will be announced later since this is just the initial stages and it will take about two months to complete the process. At the same time, Ayushmann affirmed that the band will surely have his friend Rochak Kohli with whom he has previously collaborated for 'Paani Da Rang' and his other singles.
Unlike the usual fast Punjabi club tracks, Ayushmann Khurrana wants to deviate from this and wants to increase the popularity of alternative Punjabi rock that will be on the lines of his previous songs. Currently on the music front, he will soon be releasing his next single 'Mitti Di Khushbu' in October.
On the other hand, Ayushamnn Khurrana is also shooting for three Bollywood films which includes Vibhu Puri's directorial Hawaizaada starring Pallavi Sharda, Yash Raj Films' Dum Lagaa Ke Haisha and Shoojit Sircar, John Abraham's Hamara Bajaj.
