USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Mickey Virus, a quirky take on cyber-crime which was the launching vehicle of comedian and host Manish Paul, turned out to be an average hit on the box office. Now the director Saurabh Varma, who too debuted with Mickey Virus, has signed two more films with the upcoming production house Krian Media.
His next film titled Meet The Patels will once again be a comedy. Though the cast is yet to be finalized, the film is said to be a story about two roommates Tom Patel and Jerry Patel who are ready to go to any extent to save their love except grow up. On the other hand, the second film that Saurabh Varma has signed is a suspense thriller with elements of action titled Faster.
Though the two films signed by Saurabh Varma differ in their genre, we hear that they will target the urban youth as well as family audiences.
Meet The Patels will go on floor in a month and it is slated to release in April 2015. Soon after, the filmmaker will get busy with Faster which will release in the last quarter of 2015.
