Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…After gaining popularity as 'Saheb' in Saheb Biwi Aur Ghulam, Jimmy Sheirgill wants to now move away from the dark genre and is planning to do a slapstick comedy. The actor has been signed for a film helmed by Abhik Banu, titled Gun Pe Done.
Though the actor is completely against nonsensical comedy, he revealed that he will be playing the role of Pancham in the film. Jimmy Sheirgill who is also a popular name in Punjabi movies wants to explore a different space and hence decided to take up this project. Currently busy with the shoot schedule of Tanu Weds Manu 2 in Lucknow, the actor will shift focus towards Gun Pe Done which will go on floor in Mumbai.
Produced by Pioneer Films and Entertainment LLP, Gun Pe Done also stars Sanjay Mishra, Vijay Raaz, Vrijesh Hirjee and Deepraj Rana.
Jimmy Sheirgill also revealed that his last comic outing Tom, Dick And Harry is now being considered for a sequel. He maintained that Deepak Tijori who helmed the film is now planning a sequel too.
