USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Earlier plans to 'surprise' Salman Khan with the first look of his new film Bajrangi Bhaijaan on his birthday on December 27 have fallen through.
Informed sources say director Kabir Khan decided it is 'too early' to reveal the first look in December.
Says a source, "The film releases on July 16 for Eid. Both Kabir and Salman Khan, who is a co-producer on the project, feel it is too early to put out the first look in December, since the end of the month will be swamped by Aamir Khan's PK. Attaching the trailer of Bajrangi Bhaijaan to PK is not seen to be a good idea since Salman's film comes in the middle of next year."
Confirming that the plans to gift fans with the first look have been shelved, Kabir Khan says, "No we are not doing that. Maybe in January."
