USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Rishi Kapoor who stood on the spotless streets of Pali Hill to protest against a move by the government to allow hawkers in the residential area, is taking no credit for the move being stalled.

Says Rishi dismissively, "I was one of the many concerned residents of Pali Hill who went and protested on the roads to save our neighbourhood from the threat of occupancy. I may have been the recognizable face among the Pali Hill residents. But the others who were there were just as dedicated to the cause as I was."

The actor says he's glad the administration saw reason. "Give the hawkers specific areas to sell their goods. But not where we live, please! Not where our children play and the women-folk stroll."

Rishi has also been trying to restructure his family bungalow into a multi-story high-rise. Apparently, the residents of Pali Hill have objected to his plans of building a movie theatre and office in the space.

Fuming, Rishi says, "This is a four-year old news. Nothing has been finalized. I am not doing anything to my bungalow that goes against the law."
