In this industry, you will rarely get to find stars who are really very choosy about the products that they endorse. And one such ‘product-conscious’ star is the ‘Generation-Next’ superstar Deepika Padukone, who, after, endorsing the likes of Pepsi, Tissot watches, Fiama Di Wills, Parachute oil etc… will now be seen as the brand ambassador of the famous chewing gum Orbit from the house of Wrigley’s. Commenting on her association, Wrigley’s spokesperson said, “Deepika’s association with Orbit will synchronize well with the brand and its objectives.” All that we would say is that this was one association that was simply waiting in the wings to happen, after the magically famous ‘bubblegum -blowing’ scene between SRK and Deepika in Om Shanti Om. Way to go, Deepika!
