For Kareena and Saif, their dream house is no less than a dream come true. They've been working on building it brick-by-brick for three years.Finally, the wait is over.
Says Kareena Kapoor Khan, "Yes, our home is done. In the next six months, it is going to be finally complete. It took a while because Saif and I personally looked into everything. The minutest of details have been looked into by us."
Rib her about building a Taj Mahal, and Kareena breaks into peals of laughter. "It took time because Saif was busy and I am also doing so many things. Even when I wasn't shooting for films, there were ads. Then again, I went to Punjab for six months to shoot Abhishek Chaubey's Udta Punjab. Now, it's finally going to be ready."
Kareena Kapoor Khan describes the new home as a "family home".
"It's spacious and roomy. Where we now live was okay for the two of us. But we needed room for Saif's children. Even my family is welcome to come and stay in the new home. But, my mom would never move in with me. She's royalty. We've to go see her. She never comes to see us."
