Irrfan Khan to do Japanese TV show based on World War II

Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…After having won the hearts of Bollywood and Hollywood fans, Irrfan Khan is now all set to be a part of a Japanese TV show, which is a mini-series based on the World War II. Irrfan Khan will be seen in the role of an Indian judge on the show, that's based on the decade long investigation during and after the war. The mini-series is being jointly directed by Rob W. King (the Canadian director and screenwriter) and the Dutch director Pieter Verhoeff.

Speaking about the show, Takafumi Yuki (Executive Producer of the show), said that they were proud to have a global star like Irrfan Khan on their show. He added that their international production will be delivering a great message to the world over audience. On the other hand, Irrfan Khan said "I am quite excited to explore this character".

As per the news reports, Irrfan will be shooting in Europe in a few days from now.
