Former cricketer Azharuddin joins Emraan Hashmi in London

Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Emraan Hashmi, who is all set to step into the shoes of former cricketer Azharuddin, had traveled with the sports personality to Hyderabad, to visit his old haunts and to understand his early days better. The actor is going all out to get under the skin of his character and Azhar is extending his complete support to help him in his endeavor.

Azharuddin now joins Emraan Hashmi in London where the film is being shot. Sources add that the former cricket captain of the Indian team will be present on the sets of the film, as they shoot some crucial highlight scenes, under his expert eye.

Talking about Azhar joining them, Emraan Hashmi said," I called Azhar up and formally invited him to join us here. Incidentally, we now plan to shoot our cricketing portions when Azhar is here. It is always good to shoot under an expert eye and who better to guide us than the man himself."

MSM Motion Pictures & Balaji Motion Pictures' Azhar revolves around the life and times of Azharuddin and is scheduled to release on May 13, 2016.
