The USP of this ad is that, besides Shruti Haasan, the ad will also feature Virat Kohli, Shane Watson and Chris Gayle. The said ad will be released around the IPL.
A source (who was a part of the shoot), told Bollywood Hungama that, "As a part of the current IPL season endeavor, Lloyd Electronics have decided to widen their approach and throw in the sport angle with RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore) stars Virat Kohli, Shane Watson and Chris Gayle, all of whom are massive brands themselves. They wanted to ensure that they got names that match both the brand league and that of Shruti's from the RCB team. And that's how Virat, Watson and Gayle happened. The shoot took place recently in Bangalore where Shruti channeled her true edgy rockstar musician vibe with the two cricketers."
