Akshay Kumar to honour 19 year old Shreya who fought back with her molester

Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…It has always been a dream of superstar Akshay Kumar to inspire women to fight back and hence he decided to join hands with young and famous politician Aditya Thackeray to set up martial arts centres in the city to help women learn self-defence. And now a proud teacher, Akshay Kumar is not only impressed with one of his students' bravery but he also wants to felicitate her for the same.

The 19 year old girl Shreya, who resides in the suburban region of Mumbai, used her martial arts training to fight back her molester on the streets of Mumbai. While her courage became the talk of the town, the teenager however expressed her gratitude towards the self-defence institute started by Akshay Kumar and Aditya Thackeray. Being a student there, she revealed that she found courage and confidence to kick back her abuser.

On the other hand, being a martial arts expert himself, Akshay Kumar has decided to honour this girl and thereby encourage other women to stand up against such horrendous acts of crime. Expressing pride over the way his student took this brave step, Akshay also added that their aim is to open as many institutes as possible across the state of Maharashtra for women's safety.

The said event of Akshay Kumar felicitating Shreya is said to take place in the next four to five days at Andheri Sports Complex in suburban Mumbai.
