Sangram Singh is delighted that Salman Khan and Aamir Khan are playing wrestlers in Sultan and Dangal, respectively. "I was the happiest when I heard Salmanji and Aamir Khanji are playing wrestlers in their forthcoming films. As a wrestler I am not going to be cynical about how effective they would look as while doing wrestling scenes."
Sangram is impressed by Salman and Aamir's preparation. "I know they're working hard, gaining and losing weight. But to me it's enough that their association with wrestling would encourage a lot of youngsters and children to look beyond cricket and see how exciting other sports in this country are."
Sangram rues the fact that wrestling is not considered glamorous in this country. "Farhan Akhtar changed the perception on runners when he played Milkha Singhji. I am sure Salmanji and Aamirji would have the same effect on wrestling."
