Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Earlier this week we had reported that following the Supreme Court's mandate the Bombay High Court had scheduled the next hearing of the Jiah Khan murder case for June 7. Now we hear that yesterday, the special women's court adjourned the hearing on actor's suicide case till June 10 in response to her mother Rabiya Khan's plea.

Apparently, Rabiya had sought the adjournment stating that her petition demanding a probe by a special investigation team was pending before the Bombay High Court, which was likely to hear it on June 7. As per Rabiya Khan's petition with the Bombay High Court, she states that she is not satisfied with the CBI probe. Further Rabiya stated that a probe conducted by the SIT is needed since the CBI wrongly concurred with the finding of Mumbai police that it was a suicide, and not a homicidal death.
