Rahul Bose’s directorial venture Poorna is doing what no one has ever thought about!
 
In sync with the film’s subject, the makers of the film are all set to launch Poorna’s poster on the Mount Kilimanjaro Summit!
 
Yes.. you heard that right! This is the first time that a film’s poster will be launched atop a mountain, that too on the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak of the continent of Africa.
 
An unique promotion plan has made Poorna the film , much awaited. The movie is shot on high altitude which apart from being an insight into the life of the youngest girl who scaled Mt Everest ,also promises to be a visual exquisite .
 
This never before heard way of unveiling the poster to world high above would be undertaken by the real life star Malavath Poorna herself .
 
Rahul Bose ” As we speak Poorna is in Africa , on the 15th of August, with 17 other girls , she will unfurl the longest Indian Flag ever to be unfurled, after which she will unveil the first teaser poster of Poorna the film.This is the first time anywhere in the world, in cinematic history that the teaser poster would be unveiled on a summit . “
 
Malavath Poorna became the world’s youngest girl to scale Mount Everest on May 25, 2014 and is already on her new expedition to scale another height to unfurl the longest Indian Flag along with the poster to her biopic.
 
Poorna has commence her climb to the giant Mount Kilimanjaro on 10th Aug and will reach the peak on the Independence Day i.e August 15th and launch the first look to a movie based on her life and named after her and based on her marvelous success.
 
The movie Poorna, directed by Rahul Bose, is the story of a 13-year-old girl from Telangana who created history on May 25, 2014, by becoming the youngest girl in the world to conquer the Mount Everest.
