Raziya is a very entertaining artist. She will get the audience tapping on their feet and before you know, she has taken you by a storm. She took training under the same guru as Runa Laila, Sir Hameed Sheikh in Toronto. She also accompanied Vandana, the playback singer from India in some of her concerts in Canada.

She has a very multicultural background. An Indian born in Africa, raised in France and now in Canada, has accumulated lots of cultural background and can sing at ease in Hindi, Punjabi, French, Gujarati, Swahili and also does Chutney songs from the West Indies. Music is her passion. She could be tired but as soon as she is on stage, it is like magic!

Watch her in action. The stage rocks when Raziya and her versatile male singers are singing away jiving numbers straight out of Bollywood. She will take you down the memory lane on an emotional lane. She has conquered the hearts of music lovers all over Canada, North America and Europe. She entertains old people and the sick in nursing homes and does charity shows at no charge. She is the most sought after artists in Toronto.

She did 6 shows in London, Belgium and Paris in March/April 2005 and went back by popular demand to Europe in November. She did 6 shows in London, 2 in Paris and 2 in Belgium in November. Recently, she travelled to Vancouver in December 2007 for 3 shows. She went to Punta Cana from 4-11 May, 2008 to sing for Fahreen and Faiz's wedding: http://fareenandfaiz.com/. She travels all over Ontario and has also performed in New York, Philadelphia and Florida. Next on the agenda is the Dominican Republic in March 2011 for another destination wedding.
