  March 6 :: First Annual Desi Diva

Blueband Musiq presents the First Annual Desi Diva. This event is a celebration of the achievements and successes of South Asian Women across the country. Join us for an evening of music with a special line up of Canada’s top desi urban artists and djs.

This unique evening will feature live performances by Amanda Davids, Prita Chhabra and Naomi Zaman. In addition to this line up, there will be a special performance by Parichay and DJ Amita. This exciting night will also feature makeup artists and photographers onsite to bring out the inner diva in all those attending. The event takes place at TOIKA LOUNGE located on Richmond Street. With a portion of the proceeds going to help South Asian Women’s Centre (SAWC), a voluntary not for profit women's organization run by and for South Asian Women, Desi Diva combines both a fun event with a socially conscious message of giving back to the community.
