Every person has a natural skin color and appearance. There are different human skin colors ranging from black to pinkish white. But mostly ladies want to have fair color as it is considered as the symbol of beauty especially in Asian countries. There are many ways advised by experts for gaining fair complexion.

But more important of all is to maintain the fair complexion because fair skin is more sensitive to sun burns and sun damages and is easily damaged. Here are some tips for pale skin care which will help you to maintain a fair complexion and keep your skin fresh and glowing.

1. Use sunscreen and less make up

Your most important mission if you want to maintain a fair complexion should be to save your body from sun exposure as much as possible. Never leave home without using a good quality sunscreen with at least SPF 30. However, when you are at home, you can use SPF 15.

It is proved that sunscreen works better to protect your skin from harmful rays of the sun. Most sunscreens also have moisturizing benefits. Apply sunscreen to your face and body before dressing. It is important to re-apply sunscreen after 3 to 4 hours if you need to go under the sun again. According to experts, wearing lots of makeup for a long time also damages your skin and its complexion as well. Hence, you should avoid heavy make up as much as possible.

There are makeup brands available in the market with SPF 15 or more. Use them as they are better than other brands. And never ever sleep while wearing makeup. Most importantly, try to cover your face and body by using a hat and wearing full sleeves and long pants when going out during noon even when you are wearing sunscreen for your pale skin care.

2. Cleanse and exfoliate your skin

Make a habit to cleanse your face twice daily. Buy a good product from the market for this purpose. It will remove all dirt and extra oil from your face which can make your complexion dull. Exfoliation is very important for pale skin care. If you exfoliate your face and hand skin twice a week, it will remove the dead skin cells and stimulate your skin.

New skin cells will give a glow to your face and hands. There are many home remedies which can be used to improve color complexion. Try some of them according to your skin requirement. It is well said that pale skin means nothing unless the skin is healthy.

3. Food for fair and healthy skin

Only rubbing good products on your body is not enough to maintain a fair complexion. One has to eat healthy as well for a healthy and glowing look to your skin. One should drink at least 8 glasses of water not only for healthy skin but for general health as well. Fruits and vegetables are rich in minerals and vitamins so add them as much as you can in your daily diet.

It is said that apples, guavas, pears and peaches have special effects for skin color so eat them in abundance for pale skin care. Avoid eating late night as it affects your digestive system which in return also affects your skin health. Avoid junk food and go for raw veggies instead.
