First of all, I had a blast live-tweeting with all of you last night! We didn’t always agree about our best dressed picks, and we didn’t always agree about the winners, but I’d like to think we kept it pretty civilized. And while I may be a bit late with my best dressed picks, I still wanted to post them, because there were SO MANY looks that I actually loved last night. Let’s get to it!

Naomi Watts was one of the first looks of the night that I loved. I have a weakness for yellow gowns on the red carpet, and this Gucci number was perfection on Naomi. Beautifully accompanied by a statement Bulgari necklace and a bold lip, this one was a clear winner.

This Lanvin jumpsuit on Emma Stone was one of my absolute fave red carpet looks ever. It’s perfect for Emma and her quirky sense of style. The beaded top made this dressy enough for the red carpet, and that humongous bow at the back brought the drama. LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS.

I LOVED what Keira Knightley wore last night. A lot of people hated this CHANEL number, but not I. It’s quirky and different, but still intricate and oh-so-stunning. I can imagine that it was even better in person. If I had to change anything, I’d make it a bit longer, or a bit shorter, as the length seems just a bit off. But other than that, Keira really did glow on that carpet last night.

Dakota Johnson in CHANEL Haute Couture Fall 2014 made my heart beat faster. Back in September, I got a chance to see this gown at the CHANEL showroom in New York, and ever since then, I’ve been wondering which celeb would be cool enough to wear it on the red carpet. The top part of the gown is made out of grey concrete beads, somehow a perfect nod to that movie Dakota will be starring in next month, non?

A lot of people didn’t love what Emily Blunt wore last night, but I did. It wasn’t just the dress that made this a winner for me, but her choice of hair, makeup, and accessories too. Loved the milkmaid braid with those gorgeous earrings, and the Grecian feel of her gown. She looked stylish and beautiful at the same time.

Hailee Steinfeld didn’t walk the red carpet, but she did show up for the afterparties. And to be quite honest, maybe it’s all of those grey gowns, but I loved how fresh this printed number looked on the young actress. Fun, interesting, and different…a winner in my books.

Jessica Chastain rarely wows me with her red carpet choices, but this time, her va-va-voom plunging neckline and those pleats really did turn a lot of heads. Well done, Jessica!

While I am usually not a fan of Allison Williams’ style (too cutesy and princessy for my taste), I couldn’t resist this stunning orangy-red gown. She looked so beautiful in this dress, it made me forget just how much her Girls character Marnie annoys me.

I love Julianne Moore. I love her acting, love her beauty, and love her steeze. She brought her A-game last night in a stunning Givenchy gown. If I have to look at another silvery confection, it may as well be on Julianne Moore. THIS is how you do silver, ladies.

A lot of people loved JLo’s Liberace-inspired get up last night, and that’s ok, I guess. While I do think she’s a beautiful woman, her look was way too “try-hard” to be good in my books.Kate Hudson’s glam Versace, however, brought just enough skin and style to show us all how to do sexy on the red carpet. Understated hair and makeup, with that plunging neckline? Smokeshow!
