85 gms maida
85 gms butter or margarine
55 gms icing sugar
25 gms cornflour
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp of instant coffee
2 tbsp milk
a pinch salt
Sieve the maida, cornflour, coffee and salt together.
Cream the butter and sugar properly until it becomes light and creamy.
Put the vanilla essence, flour mixture and milk and stir properly.
Fit a 12 mm. (½") star nozzle to piping bag filled with the mixture and pipe the mixture in circles on a greased baking tin.
Bake in a moderate oven at 350ºF for about 20 minutes.
