Colorful Vegetables

Ingredients:

300g snow peas

300g bamboo shoot

30g carrot

3 pcs black mushroom

Seasonings:

A little oil, BBQ sauce and salt

Directions:

Rinse snow peas. Carve the pattern of inverted triangles on them.

Cut bamboo shoot, carrot and black mushroom into slices. Blanch them all in boiling water.

Stir-fry bamboo shoot, carrot and black mushroom in one ladle of water with seasoning. When boiling, add major ingredients and thicken liquid with cornstarch water
