A rich spritz full of winter-fruit flavor.

Ingredients
2 oz Perrier L’Orange
4 oz pomegranate juice
1.5 oz bourbon

Instructions
1. Add Perrier L’Orange, pomegranate juice, and bourbon to a mixing glass 3/4 full of ice.
2. Stir for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a glass full of ice and serve!

Peppermint Stick With A Kick
A creamy and indulgent mint-flavored drink.

Ingredients
1 oz cognac
1 oz heavy cream
.75 oz crème de menthe

Instructions
1. Add cognac, heavy cream, and crème de menthe to a cocktail shaker 3/4 full of ice.
2. Shake for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a glass and serve!

Mistletoe Punch
A refreshing and floral holiday spritz to help you forget that it’s cold outside.

Ingredients
4 oz Perrier Lime
.5 oz Meyer lemon juice, strained
1.75 oz elderflower liqueur

Instructions
1. Add Perrier Lime, lemon juice, and elderflower liqueur to a mixing glass 3/4 full of ice.
2. Stir for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a glass full of ice and serve!

Apple Spice Cup
A ginger- and apple-filled cocktail laced with seasonal Meyer lemon.

Ingredients
3 oz Perrier Green Apple
2 oz ginger liqueur
.75 oz strained Meyer lemon juice
Crystallized ginger, for garnish

Instructions
1. Add Perrier Green Apple, ginger liqueur, and lemon juice to a mixing glass 3/4 full of ice.
2. Stir for 15 seconds.
3. Strain liquid into a glass full of ice, garnish with a piece of crystallized ginger, and serve!

Mulling Spices Old Fashioned
A warming Old Fashioned variation that pairs perfectly with holiday cookies.

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp mulling spices
2.5 oz bourbon

Instructions
For the syrup…
1. Add 1 cup water to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to medium, and gradually begin adding sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Add mulling spices, stir, and reduce to a simmer.
4. Allow to simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove from heat and strain out the spices.
6. Allow liquid to cool to room temperature before using.
7. Store the remaining syrup in a glass container; use within 5–7 days.

For the final cocktail…
1. Add bourbon and .5–1 oz mulling spices syrup to a mixing glass 3/4 full of ice.
2. Stir for 20 seconds.
3. Strain into a glass with a large ice cube and serve!
