The documentary The Secret made very famous the concept of positive thinking, touting the idea that what we think is what we attract. But is positive thinking enough to attract what you want?

It’s only one part of the puzzle. Thinking positively definitely helps, because your feelings at the time determine how you’ll react to a situation. But there are other steps you can take that will allow you to achieve all that you want. It’s not easy and requires discipline, but the method is very simple and with regular practice it will become second nature to you.

Intention + Action = Law of Attraction.
Here are the three steps that will lead you to what you want.

The first step is to have a positive intent, whether its an extra source of income, a relationship or passing the exams. Figure out exactly what it is you want.

The next step is to believe that yes, you will achieve it. Reinforce this by constantly repeating your intention throughout the day.

The third step is to devise a plan of action that will help you achieve your goal. If it’s an extra source of income you want, apply to jobs or look into opportunities that interest you. If it’s a relationship on the rocks, step back and analyze yourself – have you been selfish or not giving your all? The key here is to be honest.

Make sure that while you’re putting your plan into action to keep thinking positively about your intention. If you follow these steps you’ll be well on your way to attracting a happier and a more prosperous future for yourself!
