Most of us love sleeping and most people would spend their whole lives sleeping happily but while doing so many of us suck at getting a proper peaceful sleep. Not getting a proper sleep simply means a whole messed up day which will end up ruining everything you have planned for the rest of the day.

10.   Get rid of the Pain

11.  Clear your Head
