48 Call Centre Reps

Close to the Scarborough Town Centre, TTC, Rapid transit at the doorstep.

Candidates must be able to provide AppleOne and Bell with Proof of High School Diploma – will not accept candidates who cannot provide this. Must also be able to pass a criminal background check (performed by Bell upon hire) Bell will also be performing a credit check on each candidate – don’t panic as they will look at each candidate on a case by case basis.

These positions are all Permanent Positions – working up to 37.5 hours per week – but will have permanent/part- time Status with Bell-benefits effective immediately

Candidates should be able to work within the call center hours of 8am-7pm Mon-Friday and Sat 8-5pm schedules may change based on business requirements – so candidates should be flexible.

Base Salary is $26,773.50($13.73) But with their bonus program – (see validation) the yearly salary would be close to $35,837.50 providing they meet sales objectives. Candidates must be very sales oriented – will be taking inbound calls but will upsell/crossell services on each and every call. These calls will be regarding Billing, products, service etc. During the interview process, will be asked to sell a service or item to the HR Recruiter. Candidates will be required to submit union dues from date of hire. This role is an entry level role and they must remain in this role for min. 12 months before applying for other Bell opportunities.

Candidates must complete the following prove it evaluations:

1) Inbound Sales Skills – 70% minimum

2) Call Center Customer Service Scenarios – 70% minimum

3) Call Center Data Entry (Audio) – 4500 wpm minimum

4) Windows – 70% overall minimum

5) Outlook – 70% beginner minimum
