He continued, “Just bring your knees up to your chest and roll side to side for a few times to slightly bend the spine in the opposite direction. This creates balance in the spine. Now you may get up and go on about your day, but be sure to thank Vishnu for letting you step on and lay on his back”. Gracie did as she was told. She couldn’t help but feel wonderful. She thanked Vishnu and Matsyesa, folded up her mat, as it suddenly became small enough to fold up and repack before leaving for school. I must have used too much pink YogaLand glitter and then just drifted away. Good thing you looked up and saw me or who knows where I may have landed!” replied the tiny mouse. Gracie looked quizzical, shrugged her shoulders and chuckled out loud as the two of them went off to school.
