Northern Knights and Barbados Tridents will face each other in a dead rubber match in 20th Group B game at Bangalore on Tuesday.

The Northern Knights were the most consistent side in the qualifying round as they headed into the group stage after winning all the three games convincingly during qualifying stage. However, their main round games proved to be a nightmare after their initial victory as they managed to win only opening game of the group stage while losing the next two with huge margin. In their last encounter against the Kings XI Punjab, they had to face a humiliating loss after getting dismissed for 95 in their pursuit of 216 and their batsmen need to step up because it seems as though Kane Williamson is the only consistent run scorer. The probable NK squad will include: Ish Sodhi, Jono Boult, Brad Wilson, Kane Williamson, Daniel Flynn, BJ Watling, Graeme Aldridge, Anton Devcich, Tim Southee, Scott Kuggeleijn, Daryl Mitchell, Daniel Harris, Scott Styris, Trent Boult, Daniel Vettori.

The Barbados Tridents are the only team in Group B that did not win any game but will have their work cut out without Jeevan Mendis who was a significant player in their middle order. The Tridents also had batting troubles in their last match after being dismissed for 113 and need more from Neil Mckenzie who joined the XI in the absence of Mendis. The likely BT line-up will include: Shane Dowrich, Jeevan Mendis, Jason Holder, Ashley Nurse, Jonathan Carter, Neil Mckenzie, Akeal Hosein, Ravi Rampaul, Rayad Emrit, Raymon Reifer, Kyle Mayers, William Perkins, James Franklin, Elton Chigumbura, Dilshan Munaweera.
