It may be winter everywhere else in North America but outside Palm Springs, California it was all warmth, hugs and rock and roll for the annual Coachella festival.

Nick Cave and Grimes, The Lumineers, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bats for Lashes, La Roux – the three days were packed with bands famous and not.
