Toronto police officer Johnathon Blair charged for indecent act

A Toronto Police Service officer has been arrested and charged.

Constable Johnathon Blair, 30, with five years’ service, is currently attached to 54 Division.

It is alleged that:

– on Saturday, February 4, 2012, the accused committed an indecent act while looking into a nearby apartment window

On Thursday, March 1, 2012, at 9:35 a.m., Johnathon Blair was arrested and charged with:

1) Mischief Interfere with Property
2) Indecent Acts

He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, 1 p.m., room 202F.

The officer was off-duty at the time of the alleged offence.
