Timothy Turosky charged in a murder of Charmaine Whitley in Mississauga

Members of the Homicide Bureau are now investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a Mississauga woman.

On Saturday, June 26, 2010, at approximately 3:00 p.m., officers attended 5070 Parkplace Circle, for a request to check on the wellbeing of 38 year-old Charmaine WHITLEY. Upon entry, officers located her with no vital signs and suffering from obvious signs of trauma. The suspect, 44 year-old Timothy TUROSKY, the victim’s fiancé, was also located within the residence. He was arrested without incident.

Timothy TUROSKY is expected to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton, on Sunday, July 27, 2010, where he will be charged with Second Degree Murder.
