Charges have been filed against two suspects arrested in the death of a man found at 2202 Hutchins found about 10:50 a.m. on October 27.

The suspects, Michael Craig Harrison (w/m, DOB: 1-23-90) and Dantrial Deshon Perry (b/m, DOB: 11-27-90) are charged with capital murder in the 230th State District Court. They are accused in the death of Andrew Le, 45, of the above address, who suffered blunt force trauma to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Meeler and Senior Police Officer J. Selvera reported:

A family member of Mr. Le contacted police after she had not seen or heard from him in three days. South Central Patrol officers responded, entered the residence and found Le deceased. His 2005 white, four-door Hyundai Elantra, was also missing and believed stolen.

Further investigation led to the identification of Harrison and Perry as suspects in the case. They were subsequently arrested and confessed to their role in the robbery and murder of Le.
